
Holy cow this film stock is ridiculous. These images were shot on Kodak Tri-X using the Mamiya RZ67 and I would not be upset in the least if I only used this combo for the rest of my life. I love color, but I just cannot get over how amazing this film is, especially with a 6×7 negative. I don’t really have to do more than slight adjustments for 90% of my film when it comes to editing (thank you, film, for saving me from wasting my life)… These are literally straight scans!

The two images below are extra special to me. Not only do I love these images of my grandmother shot on this film, but these were taken on the way to bury my grandfather in Cedar Key, Florida about a month ago. One of my greatest regrets is not getting enough images like this of him before it was too late. Papa, you will be forever missed.
